Lilac
The smell of lilac floats in through the window as I say goodbye to winter for good.With pleasure I want to announce that I was lucky enough to receive a scholarship to attend a weekend long yoga/meditation retreat at Breitenbush Hot Springs with renowned instructor Sarajoy Marsh, and look forward to 4 days of challenging mind + body training with the promise of new discoveries to share with you upon returning home.
